How do I place my order?

It’s easy to place an order at Favouritescollections.com.

1. Choose one piece of and item and enter the desired inscription from Message For Seller box menu and click on the “Add to Cart” buttion.

3. Continue to checkout: Choose the payment method you want to use. Page will direct you to make payment.

4. Input your shipping address, email address and phone number and click Continue .

5. Verify information.

when browsing through favouritescollections simply look to the right-side of the screen to see which items you have in your shopping cart. use the arrows to move between items in your cart.


How do i remove an item from my shopping cart?

click the "remove" check box and click "modify cart" to remove that item from your cart. you may also change the quantity of items to "0" (zero) to remove the item from your shopping cart.


How do I change an order after It has been placed?

If you want revise any information with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes made more than 24 hours after time of purchase will be charged with 30% restocking fee.


How can I cancel an order?

Orders can only be cancelled in 24 hours after placing the order. support@favouritescollections.com to cancel an order. Any order cancelled after 24 hours will be charged with 30% restocking fee.


Why I didn’t get a confirmation / shipping email?

After placing an order you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email with all your order details. Therefore, it is important to provide us with a valid email address.
